That's the original chromed GM V 8-71 blower and intake from '67 Ronnie, I had Mike Kuhl freshen it a few years ago and John Everett assembled it. Here's the blower with the original sheet metal intake dad built before this Offy 2-4 piece dad modified existed:
WOW! you just opened my mind up to what could be. Im going to dive into more information on this blower and hopefully we could talk one day so i could fully understand it. I have a 430 aswell and got it over the 455, from what i understand the squareness of the 430 and it's thicker cylinder walls make it one great engine.. in fact that's the very same reason i bought an olds 425 for my wagon.
