When I first joined the list about a year ago, I saw an all chrome die cast of the 70 GS. I looked for it today and don't see anything about a chrome one. Has anyone happened to see one for sale lately, either on EBay or another site? I finally have a new home, with lots of shelf space to start my collection. :bglasses: I'm buying a Monogram model and painting it Burgundy Mist, with a white top and white interior, just like mine. I just got a Testors decal kit so I can replicate my 70 license plates too, so that will be cool when I finish it. It's too cold to work on my real one right now and having a second job to finance it is cutting into my time too, but it's gonna be well worth it in the spring when it comes back from it's hibernation. :3gears:
There is a chrome GSX out by ERTL right now, there are some on Ebay reasonbly priced. A year or so ago there was a very Limited Edition Black Chrome GS, I got mine from GS collectibles. They sold out but occasionally show up on Ebay but are pretty pricy- $100+ HTH
Check your local hobby stores, Between two stores in town here I saw 5 of the chrome GSX's just last weekend. They run in the $50.00 range. The stores were in the twin cities both Hub Hobby stores one in Roseville and one in Richfield.
