Current temp, Central MN.. -9.. was -16 when I got home last night around 10pm. Warming up to snow this afternoon 2-4" expected. Around here we have a saying "The cold keeps the Riff-Raff out".. JW
Took a dip inna pool yesterday PM. It is going to cool off a bit for the next week. 44 Deg. F here this AM. 65 will be the high. Nighttime temps could go as low as the mid-30s this week. The locals are wearing winter coats and hoodies.

Currently 20 here in central Alabama. It was 18 earlier this morning. We might have snow tomorrow. Last week we started off with cold temperatures and by Thursday it was 71 and I drove home from work with the top down...
I saw that. My middle son just moved to Portland last week, so I've been keeping an eye on the weather. You had a lot of rain to get to that perfect day, but it sure would be sweet.
woke up to a couple inches of snow cover..supposed to be up to 35 today... out an about this morning, that nasty black slush everywhere...damn i hate that stuff..dont know why, but i just hate it..
So far this winter we have been very fortunate and not gotten nearly the amount of rain we had last year. It's actually been a very dry winter compared to most years. The only downside to that is it usually means low lake levels in the summer and a bad forest fire season
