Wow, Im glad it went to a good home. I left that guy's house with an empty trailer. Came out great. I hope it smells better than when I saw it last!
Yes it did! The guy had like 20 cats. Thats so awesome it got restored. From what I remember the guy bought the car from a used car lot in the 70's for some ridiculous price. He showed me the receipt.
That has to be my new favorite 71 Stage 1. Bench seat 4 speed car :TU: Beautiful car. That is GS heaven to have them do your GS. LOOK at that color on that car!! Good call on the no top also. No offense but those 1970 A Bodies look so good with no top. What are the details on that car? Low mile few owner etc?
Mike the Stage 2 is up next . I am almost ready to paint . The engine is completed ! DL probably not for a while .... Jason that is the story . I never saw the receipt . But he was a BIG Stoner & We think that is how the bullet hole got there & The reason why it sat for 30+ years ! He told use that he just cleaned All the Pot seads out of the car ...........He was so wasted also when we picked it up LOL Thanks to Iggycat I would have never purchased the car !
Great Job Nick as always! I remember seeing this car many times at the shop along with the bullet hole lol! Cant wait to see that stg 2 running around!
