This post is a LONG time coming. Since blowing up my 700r for the last time I haven't used the car hardly at all with JIM's SP 400 in it. This weekend in Vegas is pretty much the only Legit abuse the trans has seen. I must say the trans is VERY nice. Shifts Very Quick and Firm in all the gears under WOT yet is very tolerable when driving casually. I couldn't be more Pleased with the Burke Converter and the Trans. It truly is the best of both worlds! Something else I may add is Jim is backing the trans........ I couldn't find another trany builder to back one for more than 90 days with my combo. The fact he's standing behind it says a TON in my book as well. Looking forward to many years of long use with this tranny. :beer
I have dealt with Jim Burek a few times and he is a class act in my opinion. Rich, I see he is doing you right also!
