The blue Riv with the dual quads sticking out of the hood is a mid-11 second car when he is running the Juice. Very impressive to see that big car lifting the wheels. That is Mr. Frank Steele's car. He has two sons Dave Steele (DRS4554 on the board) and Ken Steele (quickstage1) who also race Buicks. They are a great bunch.
My car looks mint in pictures! But for those of you who have seen it in person.... well that's another story!
Jonno, was nice hearing about the rare color, and about you plans for the GS, you have done a fine job with the pictures....you even made the primer 68 look good....usually that takes about 12 beers....!!! Good to meet you.
Easy Paul! 12.80's on the bottle. I'd love to see him run 11's in it though! It is really cool to see that car pulling the wheels. It has surprised a lot of people.
It does have it's own sound. You should have sen that car way back when he bought it. You'd never know it was the same car.
Johnno, Bravo, Fantastic, Great pictures. I really liked the last one of the new 4 lane Delaware Memorial Drag-O-Way John
Johno, thanks for allowing me to race your car prior to your 12 bolt blowing up.Hope all goes well with the next 12 bolt!!! When I got in your car before racing it,it reminded me of when I raced my Gran Sport 8 years ago. Neat stuff! When you took us for a ride in your car,Bob Christo and I were amazed at how easy your car can really burn the tires! :eek2: :eek2: I'm sorry to see that the 12 bolt gave up on you. After it blew up,I didn't get a chance to talk to you. Well, look at it this way Johno-at least the rear let loose at the track instead of on the street the night before!!!!! Yery nice pictures and great job, Johno! :TU:
i think i seen that gn that's yellow with the white door at maple groove this sunday it was on a trialer
Nice Pics Really cool pictures Johnno. Wish I could have gone but that old work thing got in the way. Did that 455 motor pan out ? Later
