Forgot to ask. Also work with the 3/8" adjustable pushrods? Without re-adjusting?

Yes, they will work with 3/8" adjustable pushrods, BUT, if you are going to install roller rockers, you should re adjust. If you look at the instructions for roller rockers,

You'll see that when adjustment is complete, the rocker adjuster should be within one thread of flush with the bottom of the rocker. This maintains ideal push rod geometry.

If you buy them, make all the adjusters flush, then install them. Then go through the valve adjustment procedure adjusting your push rods for proper pre load. Then remove the push rods and measure them all. Then order a set of the proper length 5/16" push rods.

I'm going to say this also applies to the KB Roller Rockers.
