length of 67 Special axle shaft

    Hi mates,

    Can anyone tell me how long the rear axle shaft (driver side) of my 67 Buick Special (bone stock) is.
    And from where to where is it measured?
    Need to identify spare part. Apparently there is a choice between 29 1/4" and 29 3/4"?

    I will use your drawing to give the example. :)

    USE THE RED segment to measure that will be how moser strange and GM will measure. Jim
