Motor Wheel Corp. made the wheels for the "aftermarket". Same manufacturer made the Buick chrome wheels for GM. Peace WildBill
happenned to be at a friend's shop yesterday and saw a Shovelle he was working on with those same wheels -- Motor City Spyders. My friend says he has a line on another set from one of his customers. Used to be on a Skylark. Promised me he will bring them in next week for me to check out. Kind of a long shot, but we'll see. -- Steve
Bill-For years I thought that the Pontiac 8 lug and Buick road wheel were both made by Kelsey-Hayes. Have I only been half right all this time??
Hey WILD BILL!!!! Hey Wild Bill!!!! I noticed on the picture in the car up top that there is two different wheel sizes. The ones on the back look very recessed and look to be about 8-10" wide, while the fronts look like thy are about 7. I know way back, that the smaller wheels in the front and bigger in the back was the style. Do the ones that you have have the smaller wheels in the front? Also do you have a picture of your car with these wheels on? We would like to see!!! :Brow:
