I want to build my own disc brake set up for my 62 buick special, and I cant find good info on what rotor diameter, brake pad size , master vs slave diameter, pedal ratios, ratios off weight of the car vs fiction areas... does anyone know a good book that explains the science of a braking systems. I have seen a bit of info on home made systems but it always seem like trial and error and I cant afford aftermarket stuf thanks
