It finally stopped raining.
I was finally able to make it to a local cruise night last night.
Looking sharp to start the 2019 cruising season.
It's nice to be finally able to take it through its paces.
Stay tuned for more upgrades this weekend....
Always use genuine GM parts.
Finally had a chance to install the NOS lid I won on eBay in February, as well as the correct pinch clamps.
I was even lucky enough to salvage a gasket from another setup I had in the stash. These are always toast.
Brett there's a little league fund raiser Car Show at Prima Care in Fall River the 13th of this month.
Do you have any plans of going?
This is the first I've heard of it.
Weather permitting, it's very possible. Do you have a link to it?
I just saw it myself in todays Herald news.
Just a little mention on local page in the In Brief part. Rain delay day is the 14th.

Think the warranty is still valid?
It is in my book.
Hey Bret, would you be willing to part-ways with your old clear overflow lid?
I've learned the hard (and expensive) way it helps to have extra stuff. You just never know...
That said, I'd try reaching out to Frank McIntyre - BIGFRANKJOHNSON here on the board and see if he has any left from his last run.
Looks like it will be pouring even on the make up day
I went by Prima Care this morning and Rodman St. was the usual over flooded..
Cleaned up, painted and installed the correct manual brake car dipstick.
Blasted and painted the power steering bracket, which was a victim of a previous black spray bomb of the entire engine bay at one point.
Also added a correct alternator adjustment bolt.
