If it is someone on the board, Good Luck. Randy:TU: http://www.barrett-jackson.com/application/onlinesubmission/lotdetails.aspx?ln=717&aid=304&pop=1
You could have bought it here from a couple different board members over time, real nice car . It will be interesting to see what it goes for at BJ
yep and a trip around the country and a couple different owners and a lot of money and it kept getting nicer last time he owned it he did a few finishing touches and it is sweet
Should run Thursday evening (tv) maybe. Not so bad. I found out they place your car by the value you give them or the estimated value. So i would say 75k+ to get some Friday prime time coverage like Mike's car did DL
It is a gambler's choice to take a Buick to BJ. With a few exceptions Buicks have not over the years sold in a seller's favor. I could see the car going for 30-35K and not be shocked. It could also see it go for 6 figures if two strong player's wanted it. I would be nervous if I were the owner because it will be sold without reserve. On TV they never show you the people who are crushed by how little they received relative to their expectations. There are more of these disappointed folks than those who feel like they won a lottery.
Yes, this is my old car, and Mike's old car, and Mark's, and David's and Bill's. I guess I am the only one in the bunch to hold the distinction of owning it twice. The Musclecar dealer that owns it now is bringing it and a gold 70 Stage 1 hardtop and 3 camaro's to the auction. It is a small gamble, as there is a lot more upside potential in it for them then downside. They may lose a little, make a little, or make a lot, but they won't lose a lot. I will be there in the crowd cheering it on, that's for sure!
