Years ago we use to use a full groved Main bearing but when i got some new bearing from T.A. they are groved only on the oil hole side of the bearing is this the way it is done now days please help Dave Senderhauf
Holy Cow, Dave Senderhauf is a name I havent heard since I had my 64 Skylark running at the Grove back in the late 80s. I remember you had one helluva 67 back then. Wish I could help you on the main bearing question, I just got back into Buicks myself this past year after a 15 year hiatus. Things sure have changed in the world of Buicks in that time. I am sure someone here will give you the answer your looking for. It's nice seeing a name from the past. :grin:
