Good lord, Scott... I didn't even recognize you!!!! It wasn't until I looked at the name that I realized that was you. No use in posting my wedding picture... it was only a little more than 5 months ago.
Steve I agree! I could of had a sitter for Norwalk, but she said she didn't want to. Oh well, i still had a blast WITHOUT her. I'm glad she doesn't read this board! :spank: RACEBUICKS: Mike, I definitely see your point. There is never anytime around the holidays to do what you want!! ALONE! Randy
Oct. 12th----7yrs Robin & I will be celebrating out 7th anniversery on the road coming home from Cecil county next Sunday(hopefully with some winnings from the track) :Brow:
What does that whole married thing feel like? Does it hurt? Im only 18. How much time do I have left? Will the Buick have to go? What do I have to deal with in 3-4 ( or more ) years.
If you're smart, you'll have nothing to deal with but being 21 years old in a few years. I recommend not getting married until after 25 - way after, if possible! Don't be in a hurry, and do it right the first time - gee, kinda like working on a car, huh???uzzled:
Loving every minute! 17 years today! Drove to the wedding with the best man in my mom's 1915 Model T, drove away with the most understanding, awesome woman in the GS Stage 1! I can't imagine life without her.
30 in march It will be thirty years March 29th,Just a great wife, put up with alot of stuff over the years,Buicks, layoffs, injuries,me maturing! but she has always stuck by me thru thick(my head) and thin! Moz:grin:
Been married 29+ years, 2 kids and 3 grandkids (almost! anyday now for the third). If I had it to do over I would do it over. Can't imagine being without her.
My wife and I will have been married 11 yrs this month. My step mother said something I'll never forget when I was trying to decide if I should propose. She said "If you don't know if you want to spend the rest of your life with her, think about if you want to spend the rest of your life without her 'cause if you don't marry her, somebody else will". I thank her every d day for helping me make up my mind. Now as for having kids...My favorite line from a sitcom goes... (the wife) "What's wrong with you?" (the husband) "I'm mad at you for something you said!" (the wife) "What did I say?" (the husband) "You said, let's start a family!" I love my kids but I just don't think I was meant to be a parent. My wife says I'm a wonderful father but I think they deserve better than me
10 years this past August. 2 kids, 3 yrs and 4 months. Didn't get married till after 25 and still wasn't grown up enough to really understand what I was agreeing to when I said "I do". Fortunately, she waited around for me to figure it out. Hehe, she used to say she was glad she didn't marry a sports freak who was glued to the tv all season like her ex-boyfriend, but she didn't realize how much time a car or bike can absorb.
8-23-86 Here my wife Eileen and I on our big day. I have to say I really enjoyed perusing the wedding album to pick a shot. It's not something you do all that often. Great memories. BTW, the Buick had ALREADY been sitting in the barn for five years at this point. ou:
Hi All, 10 Years for Al and I, this past May 1st, we celebrated in Hawaii Do it all over again.. (for a million dollars) all kidding a side, It has been a wonderful Journey and glad weve done it together! Connie Fiandaca Desert Diva
Doing pics now huh? Ok, September 30, 1989 in North Carolina.Due to Hurricane Hugo the power in the church came on just the day before the wedding pictured here. Everyone who could attend (about needed a chainsaw to pass rodes in some cases) was really happy to have warm food and take a break from cutting trees and other storm related damage. And to think I had prayed weeks before getting married that if this wasn't the right thing to give me a sign!ou: One of the biggest Hurricanes to ever come this far inland in a looooong timeuzzled: . Anyhow glad I blew that sign off:laugh: We have truly been blessed and have 3 little one's also, 2 boys 6 and 9 and one little girl 2. Hey, I "gave up" a 71 GS 455 convertible to buy our first house, so you better believe I was gonna make it work! Allllllllllll worth it:TU: 14 years and counting..........to be continued.........
She has at some of the local cruises. But I think Carl Rychlik scared her with stories of what he paid for his body work. :Brow: She doesn't want to encourage me. Just kidding, actually i think she enjoys my enthusiasm. Haven't met your misses yet there, Yards. perhaps this fall when you're in town?
Me and Connie tied the knot on June 12,1984,almost 20 years.5 kids later,18,15,13,6&4,the projects always seem to be put on the back burner.
I hear ya Dan:TU: I really cannot think of one area of our house that does not have some form of car part in it. The other day we were cleaning out my two boys room and my wife found this big box under there bunk bed which I was happy to find out was my new numbers matching carb for my 455 Hurst Olds.Whew! I was wondering where that got to:Brow: I snuck it up stairs one night to drool over while I read the boys there bed time stories and forgot about it. About once a month my wife rounds up the larger items (grills,Forced Air Induction systems, NOS H/O rim,8-tracks, etc and puts them at the Parlor door and just points down to the barn p
