Go with the Gasser look. Besides, look at it as good weight transfer with the bow rising in the water. :puzzled:

PS: What transmission did you go with? TH400 Column Auto?

    Tim,

I just checked with Greg and we cannot remember what Springs we Put in that front end.....I too would have done exactly with what you ordered....a small block spring (with the lightened weight of the L89 and all the other goodies on that car).....I am running the six cylinder springs on my Frost Green 300 Deluxe Post Sedan, but I am after something totally different. We have been down that road with Moog.....their system can be a joke.....I have not had good luck with them. Your best bet is to call them and tell them your issues....they may want to know the weight of the car?

    Good luck,

I think we're all going to want to know the weight of that car:laugh:

That is exactly why I left that up to Tim.....and I did not disclose any weight of that awesome car.....You all do know that a Post Sedan is a lighter Chevelle than a Coupe.....Not my first Rodeo :Brow:

Small block springs and it is sky high.........maybe no seam sealer used in this one?:Brow: Is it a 135 13427?:puzzled:

    Ryan

    13427 shipping weight 3165, curb weight 3265
    13637 shipping weight 3230, curb weight 3335

Post Sedan should be 100lbs lighter (shipping weight) or 70 lbs lighter (curb weight) (but these numbers need all the optional factors added or deleted, like a 396, etc.)

If that thing is as light, or lighter than McDowells small block 300 deluxe was, it is going to be lethal.:eek2:

I went to the FAST/Factory Stock site and found this. When you "click here" for more information, you get a link to the race track.
    It doesn't answer your questions.

I drove my car to work on Thursday and then to Martin. When I got done working, this is what greeted me. The birds had been full of berries.
Then last night was 50 miles from home and lost a rocker arm.

    THANKS!
Very proud of all my kids - Alyssa in WY is a DOT officer and working towards an accounting degree in Agri-business, Jeff graduated and heads this week to join the Army as a forward specialist - looking to be a sniper. If not that then an Apache helicopter mechanic then pilot is his last 2 years. Collin stepped up his grades in the last half so he can stay on the soccer and shotgun teams. Angelle has already headed to New Mexico, had some great business's/organization's/individual's step up and sponsor about half of the cost of the trip so we could afford her to go. She also graduated from the 6th grade with a Presidents Award for Academic Excellence, top in the school district in a state math competition, 3rd in district 24 math competition and numerous track awards.
