I hate waiting but was not sure my motor would be ready by race time. It is looking like it will be and i need to sign up but web site is not working will we have extra time?>?

The FAST website is currently down and has been down for a good part of yesterday. There seems to be a major issue with our hosting service. Due to the down time, the 5/30 Pre-registration deadline for the Martin event will be extended.

If you want to be safe, email or PM me ASAP and I'll make sure that your on the list of Pre-Registered Racers and you will be eligable for the many, many prizes that we have to giveaway.

Pre-registration is still open.

Because of the site being down and the confusion / inconvenience that it caused, the Martin Pre-Registration deadline will be extended thru Monday June 2nd. This should allow racers ample opportunity to pre-register over the weekend and Monday.

Jimbo and Greg G., I just sent my information and money also. Can't wait for this event, last year was a blast except for some carb issues that we worked out. I wonder if I'll race Paul Richards three races in a row?

I just got done talking to a friend of mine and it seems I've corraled him to participate. He owns a 70 442 convertible. He went to the Olds event in Muncie, IN several weeks ago, drove his car there, raced it for the first time ever (meaning first time drag racing), drove it back and is now hooked. IIRC he ran a 14.60 @ 93, not bad at all for a first timer. For those on ROP, his screen name is a1970442 and his car is gold in color. I don't know what color interior as I've only see a picture of it. I should be seeing it in person sometime in the next week or so. :TU: :TU: :TU: :TU:
