I am looking for a vendor to get my original 66 master cylinder sleeved. I see White Post does them but was wondering if anyone had experience with other vendors.
    Thanks

X2 -White Post is excellent although it was years ago they did mine. They use brass vice stainless. They say it works better.

Just got a quote from White Post. Brass Sleeve, total rebuild, baked gray natural epoxy finish and shipping back $195. Lifetime warranty. So with shipping to them, the total would be around $210 plus I'd still need to get the cap gold cad plated. Eeeeks!

This is why I have to keep explaining to my wife why restoring a car is so expensive. So replating a booster and rebuilding the master is actually more expensive than buying an entire system from one of the big brake companies. I would still rather have original stuff than stuff of dubious asian origin. I value family friends and my butt more than that so I guess I will pay.
