I was wondering if there was some way we could build, on this website, a list of reproduction parts and what people thought of them?? It just seems silly that everyone keeps buying the same trash and sending it back...nobody wins... Perhaps if someone has an issue with a part, they would list why they returned it or what the issues were. I have started a page on my website already but its a big job and I can't review everything, plus I have limited space to host pictures. For example, has anyone here tried the reproduction aremrest bases?? Wouldn't it be nice to come here and see a list that say 15 people tried it, x amount sent it back, x amount thought it was ok, x amount thought it was excellent? Just a thought. Tim, I know the repo armrest pads are not very good - don't fit well and the inside is made or plastic instead of metal.
Hi Carl, yeah I know too because mine are on the way back and I'm out the shipping/brokerage/duty/gst....that was my point, wouldn't it be nice to come toV8 buick and find out people thought they sucked?? Then I could have avoided all this. I have started a page on my website for various items (some awesome, some crap) but i only have so much space. The big question is, how do we make a uniform standard? Some guys are more fussy than others. later Tim
