I am about to start my engine after performing an off-frame resto on my 86 regal. It is a 455 and I will post some pics soon. I am kind of stuck with where to place the vacuum lines and heater hose lines.( I am keeping the A/C and heater). Does anybody have any pictures of how they ran their heater hoses and vacuum line. I am using a quadrajet with the edelbrock performer intake. It seems as though there are alot of extra holes on the intake that may or may not be used.? could someone get me some pics. Please.

I have a holley and a SP1 manifold, the coolant lines should be almost the same, just use plugs for the extra holes in the manifold. The vacuum lines for the transmission, heater controls, and brake booster come from the back of the manifold and back of carb, my vacuum advance comes from a port in the front of the carb, I don't have any good pics of that. If you need pics of the vacuum lines I can take better pics or I'm sure someone else will be glad to help also. :TU:

It's easy. Just use all the accessories from the 231, they bolt right up. You'll just need longer belts. Also, the high pressure hose will have to be shortened. Gotta love A/C!!
