Not a Buick part, but usable to make yours better... I have four Hankison HMD20-3 membrane air dryers that I got when a local business closed. These are brand new, in original unopened boxes (the opened one is mine). They include the pre-filter. Dryers are rated for an inlet flow of 8.7 SCFM @ 100 psig with a 100F inlet temp and giving an outlet flow of 7.6 SCFM with a 50F outlet dew point. If you want dryer air, you can pre-cool the feed or lower the flow. Can give as low as a -40F dew point if only flowing 2.7 SCFM through it. These are high quality air dryers. Looking for $350 each.
