Is the convertible top harness the switch and wiring that raises and lowers the top?

I would consider them good driver quality, 1 nick about a 1/4 inch in one panel. They haven't been cleaned at all

 

Is the console mounting bracket for an auto or short console? Thanks

 

Keep in mind that the tilt levers are different from 69/70 from the 71/72 The black plastic parts are shaped differently but fit and function is same.
