I did it for a '67, but it won't fully translate to a '68. My chief source was rockauto.com -their website is very easy to negotiate. And if you do a search for "rock auto discount" you should find a 5% discount code. They oftentimes have the best prices, but once you know the Moog number, try Amazon.com - they have been found to be competitive as well.

That Moog site does not work too well. IF you go to suspension all you get are ball joint numbers.

Maybe you do, but I see tie rod ends, centerlink, and sleeves, etc.

    Tie rod sleeve ES683S
Upper control arm shaft bushing kit K5196
Lower control arm bushing kit K6076
    Sway bar bushing kit K5241

After you check prices from Rockauto, run the part numbers thru Amazon.com. They often have better pricing. Amazon also offers a free 'Super saver' shipping option.

Amazon is definitely less, but has anyone ordered these such parts, through them??

i have run the numbers through amazon and they come back saying they don't fit the car so now i'm nervous about the kyb shocks i bought through amazon.
also has anyone else had any experience with the energy suspension polygraphite set up i looked at the site richopp suggested earlier
and the price is good just wondering about the quality and performance as opposaed to the moog stuff

Roberta, I've bought from Amazon many times and have always had good service.:TU:
Chris, I'm getting the same result when I run the Moog numbers...saying they will not fit. Odd. :Do No: Maybe the Moog numbers are not in their data base?
I ALWAYS double check part numbers before ordering. Either thru another supplier, or straight from the manufacturer.

The KYB site has online catalogs here:
    http://www.kyb.com/catalogs/index.php
    For 68 Skylark they show:
    KG4513 front
    KG5504 rear

i agree with you good products and service from amazon
the only thing i don't like is they won't ship parts to the building i work at they will only ship to your home address which in a way is a good thing as well
when i did order my shocks i used the kyb site and ordered those exact numbers
and the amazon fit guide says they fit the vehicle
i'll let you know how it goes when i can get out to the gararge to put them in
