    Prayers sent.

Please keep us updated (I know you will). I wish I could pay him a visit. I'm sure he's gonna be bored to death in there.

Holy crap Jim. Mikes a nice guy. I was fortuned enough to meet Mike when you guys came over to my place. Give him my best.

All don't know here but I as well have a severe heart issue. Electrical is all messed up. Had the short circuit burned (laser) out twice now. Keeps growing back.

And yes, it does suck growing old.

Just goes to show that no matter how bad of a day you think you might be having, someone else is having a worse one! Thankfully Mike had someone with him who is good in a crisis!

Jim, thanks to the almighty you were together when this happened or Mike may not be with us today. With the technology Doctors and hospitals have today his chances of survival and recovery are much better than a few years ago.

Now can you start a contribution or go-fund-me page like you did for our forum member who lost his shop to a fire a few years ago. The helicopter ride alone is going to be $14-20K. Count me in for a contribution. For all Mike does for V8 Buick it is the least we can do.

Hard to understand life sometimes for sure. You were absolutely the best person and blessing for that time he went thru. Somehow I believe those moments in time are placed in our lives for so many reasons. Deep prayers and thoughts for everyone.

Good on you for handling it all like you did.

One of my brothers had a stroke about a year ago. Passer by saw him laying in the street. Blood ring from smaking his head when he fell. He came back good but still fights to speak.

Strokes are serious business. my father's left side was permanently paralyzed/crippled from a stroke when I was 15 years old. Thank goodness you had the presence of mind to quickly rush him to the ER and that the medical folks were able to administer immediate treatment. Hope he has a full recovery soon!
