Installed disk brakes last week and the PS tire rubbed the inner fender well when I went over the railroad tracks. Drum brakes were fine. Tires are practically new...less than 100 miles on them...no burnouts. Asking $375 shipped. Will go on ebay next week. Thanks
This is due to the rotor hat being thicker than the drum, thus pushing the wheel outboard. A wheel with 1/2" deeper backspace would cure it,but not exactly what everyone wants to do.
- Didn't want to roll the lip due to bondo and the risk of damaging the fender/paint - there is slight rubbing marks on the tire but in the upper thicker area - these tires were purchased and put on in December. Due to me moving from TX to NC it sat in the trailer for approximately 6 months..not brand new by date but less than 100 miles on them.
