I bid and won this dash bezel on ebay and it came in broken it was packed or should I say was not packed well at all !!!!!!! after repeated atempts to contact this place on a refund for this part they have yet to contact me. this place at this point in my opinion is a rip off here are some pics

huge thanks :beer guys thanks so much I just want one so that I could get it redone to put in my car. mine is fine but needs to be rechromed and I would have to take it out and send it off that means I would have to wait and not be able to drive my car till it got back and if I could get one from one of you I would gladly send you mine when I put the redone one in my car like I said mine is fine so lee I will take steve up on his offer and if for some reason it falls through I will PM you and let you know thank you both so very much. :beer

ryan if they wont respond to emails, i would pull their contact info from ebay and give them a call. if the phone number isnt valid, turn them in to ebay for invalid contact info. its a long shot since it sounds like they just dont care, but theres a slight chance that they might change their thinking if you can talk to them in person. sounds to me like they cant afford more neg. fb. they are fools if they wont make it right. was the box damaged ? to be broken that badly, it seems like the box would be damaged also. if not, then i would tend to think they show one piece on ebay, then ship another piece. either way, thats no good. it is very frustrating when a seller wont communicate. henry
Just some more info: If you bought this item by sending payment through the mail and it was shipped through USPS. I would strongly suggest you document the pic, sales price, shipping info, etc. Go to the local post office and contact the post master. File a Mail Fraud Claim. This is a federal offense and is taken very seriously by USPS and the FBI. If they have negative feedback and you are not the first to file a mail fraud claim, they can be in serious trouble.
guys they emailed me after I emailed them 4 times and here is there reply " HI I have emailed you three times in reply As stated in previous email < i did not send it broken or did I break it. I am sorry it arrived broken, I will start a claim with the post office through who it was delivered by, and let you know when its rectified Thanks Greg " I am unsure of how this will Go but I will hold off on neg feedback till I here more I think it should not take more than 2 weeks to get more info does this sound about right ??? Hey that was handled by the same gorillas that handled my 72 GS grille !! I think some of those cracks are exactally the same USPS must see FRAGILE and think it means to drive over it with their truck . Is this the same seller with the 2900.00 BIN on a set of fenders ? What a ripoff
I have had excellent success with the postal service regardingshipping and handling of packages. UPS is a totally different story. a couple of the guys i work with used to be UPS handlers..the stories they tell would just floor you..Bob
just an update to let everyone know that muslecaruniverse.com stepped up and refunded my money today and I just wanted to let everyone know so that if you plan to buy from them you will know that they do stand up and do the right thing P.S. steve have you had a chance to get the dash bezel out ???
