My '70 Le Sabre. My first car!

    Hey all,

    Yup, this is my very first car. I am 18. I bought a 1970 Buick Le Sabre. In great shape. Mechanically sound. Tell me what you think.

    Its all stock right now.. Its got the 350 in it, 4 barrel.

    My dad had a 70 Electra - I loved that car. I sure didn't think it was ugly, in fact at 19 I bought it from him. Should have kept it !!! Your Le Sabre is almost from the same mold and I think it looks great - and a 2 door to boot...

    Wow thats nice! The 69-70 Big Buicks are my favorite by a longshot. Good luck with it.

    Steve,

    Nice '70! That's a really nice looking car there, it's not ugly at all! :grin: I'd have to say that would be one of my favourite body styles as well, along with the '70 Wildcats (which I had a chance to buy one a few years ago... too bad it had no frame rails :shock: )

    Looks like you're not too far from where I'm at... If you ever take a scoot down to St. Catharines or Welland, lemme know, I'd like ogle at that boat in person :laugh:
