    Hi everybody.

I am IVAN from Spain. SOme years ago I introduced you my 68 Skylark Convertible. I am looking for some parts now due to a crash.....

But now, I have adquired a partner for the 68, it is 72 SunCoupe.
V8 350, automatic, bench, and very black!!

How many Coupes were made in 1972 and how many SunCoupes?

The car is not common in Spain, I know only a few (one or two) of this year. I bought it in the UK, much near than the US.

Here you have some pics. Please, if you noticed some non original parts, tell me (I like the steerin wheel). I have to replace the front tyres, which is the correct size, please?

    Hope you like!
    IVAN

The 70 GSX, which has the same body, came from the factory with G60 15 Goodyear polyglass tires. The closest current size in a radial tire is 245R x 15 inch tires. Lots of people in the US use BF Goodrich brand 245 R60 15 inch tires which are made by Michelin. Your original tires could have been smaller.

    Hi,
Rear I have 245 and I will repeat with 205 in the front, in this case 205/70 R14. Much more probably wont fit in the rim.
    Thanks a lot!!

    Hi,

Nice black Sun Coupe!! The front bumper looks like a 71, I do not see the black rib strips like a 72.
I sold my red Sun Coupe to my father-in-law, we put a 71 front bumper on it also.

    Have a Happy Day!
