Well I never said they all worked, but all of them had it. The '65 Riviera GS was the only one with functioning AC (that is other than my 97.5 Regal GS and my first car a 92 Ford Tempo) but the duct work was shot and it blew all the cold air into the engine bay. The '64 is going to get a conversion to R134a this summer and it should work after that, right now it barely works.

    Headlights

    Hi Brad.

Regarding your headlights, all of the 68 -69 Rivieras had hidden lights operated by vacuum.
The first thing you should do is to find out if all the parts are still there.
    Basically the parts required are:
1/. A special head light switch.
2/. The vacuum tank, (located inunder the left wing beside the brake cylinder).
3/. A vacuum manifold/relay located by the front wing behind the battery.
4/. Two vacuum canisters located below each light.

For more info, also see the below link.

Anyway, a shop manual is a very good investment, not only for the lights.

Can try to scan you a drawing of the vacuum lines if you need it.

I think he has the fixed lights right now. I'm no expert but they look moulded into the grill.

OK, I may have found a set of non Buick 'moons I like.

THe Pont-15. They are plain w/no script or logo as far as I can tell. Now will they fit on the Chevy wheels you all said were on my car or do I need to dig out the rims off of my '70 and '72 catalinas? BTW, that place seems high, I'll probably track down a set at a swap meet firtst chance.
