my newest ride 69 GS350

    Thanks to kirk I am now the new owner of this fine 69 GS350 I drove her 1650 miles home with just one small hick up along the way ( i had to fab up an electric fuel pump :puzzled:)

    My drive was from Phoenix Az. to Calgary Alberta Canada, 5 states and 1 Province in 60 hours :TU::TU::TU:

    Very nice! Have fun with it. I owned an 69 GS400 for about 6 months tried to fix that one up, but the bodyshell was completly rotted out. Sold it in 2002 to a young guy (17) and his father. And i recently found out that he still has that car and is going to restore it.

    There fun to drive, you can feel the difference with the smaller wheelbase.

    Nice ride! I have to admit, i liked it how you got it, but when you put the new wheels on.... WINNING:eek:! I dig it!:thumbup:

    That's a good looking '69, congrats! Do you happen to know the wheel and tire size of those new wheels?

    these rims are 16X8 rear 5 1/4" back spacing 235/60/16 fronts are 16X7 4 1/4 back spacing 215/55/16

    but I know 16X8 with 5 1/4" back spacing will work on all 4 with 255/50/16 rear and 245/50/16 fronts

    back spacing is the key!!!!!

    thanks guys my wife and I are driving her from Calgary Alberta to Puallyup Wa for the Goodguys in July, and my friend and hid wife are driving my 65 Wagon as well
