Who makes the best reproduction N-25 exhaust tips? I gave up looking for NOS so I'll settle now for second best. Thanks Guys
OK, That takes care of the 71 GS 455 :TU: I still could use a repo set for the second car, a 71 Skylark Convert. That one doesnt qualify for NOS.
Dennis Wheeler makes aftermarket N25 exhaust tips (.060 604T Stainless) You can e-mail him at PenWheelz@ij.net. I have picks of the aftermarket tips but don't know how to post them. He told me it'll be about a 6 week turnaround, Mike New Jersey
Yeah. . I AM WILLING! Hello Mark! I've been manufacturing stainless N25 tips by hand since 1994. 2-1/2 and 3 inch, $295 plus s&h. I just made a "buy" of polished stainless flat stock (which has gone up 24% since my last batch...) :eek2: and I believe I'll have enuf for 7 sets. I will start the production by months end. I have about 4 orders for them right now. Lemme know! Wheelz, Tampa Bay
I believe... Hi Andy. . I believe I sent an original set of bumper brackets to Mike Garrison last summer to begin reproducing 2-1/2 and 3 inch bumper brackets. I would check with him to find out how his production is doing? Otherwise, what is NORMALLY achieved is to use the tailpipe hanger and adjust it up/down/right/left till the tips are centered in the cavity. Well, thats the way I HAVE done it over the years. Works for me!! Wheelz, Tampa Bay
Underdog350 makesthe brackets for N25 tips and he sayds he can do bigger than stock ie 3" also . He is the supplier to Year one and cars . Steve has started making some of the smaller and maybe less called for items for our cars like hoses among other things so it would be good to patronise him . Anyone like Steve and Mike garrison and TPP that are making repro parts deserves our business . There is not enough companies out there that goive a crap about Buicks .
Dennis, Please put me down for a pair. Do you want me to cut you a check now? if just pm me with total for shipping and parts and your address. Thank you very much.
