We are happy to say that we will soon be able to offer the N25 style openings for our replating service. This means that you will be able to have your non-N25 70-72 bumper made into a N25 bumper when you get a bumper plated through us. When we get a total cost we will post it on the board here. Attached is a picture of one of the tools.

It seems that Wheelz(on the board here) is making them out of stainless and everyone has had good things to say about them. We are trying to contact him. It looks like he can make them 2", 2-1/2", or 3". We will see what happens.

    Costs

We have come up with a price for the putting the N-25 openings into a bumper that did not originally have the option. The cost is $350 for putting the holes into the the bumper, this does not include plating. Total with the N-25 option and plating is $629. Our plating service is for a chromed bumper with a finish as good as or better than GM originally put out. This is in no means show quality plating, but is a nice chrome job for $279. The bumpers are blasted, jigged, straightened and then triple plated.

    Shane,
I have some questions, will the back side of the bumper be painted silver or will it be plated and not buffed out?.Seems all the others paint the backside of thier bumpers and if driven in the elements for any period of time the chrome seems to peel away...
    thanks john

Our bumpers are plated on the back but not polished.
