I wonder how many old muscle cars got burned up in the recent California fires...and all the recent floods, hurricanes, plagues of locusts, etc.? I bet it's a pretty healthy percentage of the cars left each year.

That is sad.

 

I have scene dozens of pictures of old cars destroyed in the fire on other group pages and forums. The Timb's Special and Hudson Italia (and multiple others) lost in that collection alone were a massive loss.

 

That area in California is mostly famous people in thouse hills I can only imagine.

 

Anybody notice the side story to the originally quoted article about Corky Coker selling his tire company to its management team?

 

So sad . I hope the Mustang made it. Sounds like no hope for streamliner.
