Saw this on the Supercars forum and decided it was too much of a coincidence to be anything else. Thanks, Rob! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/212772/page/0/fpart/1/vc/1 Wasn't sure where to post it, it's a Pure Stocker, definitely stock appearing, but zeroed in on the "Other" category. Is this lonesome Stude none other than Ted Harbit's old car? Sure looks like it. Hard to believe there were two of them. Also think I see the "4-4-2-Much" 66 442 AWB car just to the right and forward of the Starlight Coupe.
That IS an excellent pic. I think I counted 3 SS/A Dart/Barracudas. I wonder if collectively, we could identify all the cars ????
I'm going to show how young i am. why did they move the rear axle forward?what was the purpose of going to a staight axle front end? don't laugh, just want to know thanx o No:
The straight axle was only for them to raise the front end up eaisier I am pretty sure..And they moved the rear axle up because it was BOSS!!! MAN!!! Randy
I counted 4... 3 in second lane from left (2 Plymouths, 1 Dodge), and 1 Dodge in far right lane. Very cool pic, Dave! You have to tell me more about your 383 Valiant! That sounds really cool! :TU: Reminds me of the Valiant that Steve Magnante did a few years ago.
Just got word from the man himself. That is Ted Harbit's Chicken Hawk in the lanes. Really cool pic Dave!!! Quite the mix of years and body styles. :3gears:
amazing......just think, in 40 years we'll see pics like that only with cavaliers and civics. Were going to have to do something about kids nowa days. ou:
I had to, really had to print it out and look at it for a long time. Really amazing, I was born in the wrong era.
