I have a good used { I mean really used} and then I have a good one for you.The one I have is a straight one,not like the BBB,don't know if that will be the right one,but this a new.Bruno.
Well the one I have the part that bolts to the radiator cover is straight,as the 72 BBB is curved .Don't remember if the one I have is for a 72 or not.But they bot fit with no problem. Bruno.
Was the shroud there when you dropped the car off? Just curious. '72 350" fan shrouds should be an easy find - at least they used to be. Good luck with the search.
Yup was very much on there when i dropped car off but very long story... think it was stolen when shop owner got sick...also missing condenser, evaporator, chrome hoses for radiator and chrome alternator
Just got email guy has one from his 71 skylark he upgraded to electric fans about 1hr 30mins away... will check it out and see
I'd be taking the car somewhere else before anything else disappears. I hope the owner has offered to pay for your parts. The correct part number for '72 350"shroud is 1238972. '71 shroud should work fine. '71 is pt. # 1234555.
Only difference between the part numbers Matt mentions is the ‘72 shroud has the hole on top for the upper hose strap.
Alright got the 71 shroud its pretty ashy/fadded in spots all over though. What paint can i use to restore it ?
Ok now missing top of dipstick tube as well...i believe its a 2pc tube...i have 2 dipsticks just missing top side of tube and mount
