Need help understanding a POP

    I am needing some help understanding the information that is on the POP of a 1970 GS Stage 1. Any help would be appreciated. The following is what is on the POP.

    188 1 4 B 446370H191776

    SS 194 CO

    BB 31 6 12 4 8

    I understand the SS is Stage 1 and the BB is the correct transmission however I do not understand the significance of the other numbers and letters.

    Any help would be appreciated.
