4th digit is year in part number so first carb is 68 next 69 and last is 68. Date codes are three digits for day of year and fourth digit is year. Looks like they may have all been replacement carbs. For example first carb 2091 would be 209th day of 71 after carb was made. This is date code style on 70-74 carbs and I believe the earlier ones were same style. Double check on this.
