A good friend of mine is restoring a 1968 Shelby Fastback, his project is stalled. He needs a passanger side door. Can't find one, does anyone have any suggestions or know somone that has one. Yea I told him that too, but they are looking for an original Door, not a repop (I guess they don't fit right). They are tough to come by I guess because of the fastback style (the elenor craze has snapped them all up I guess). This guy has lot's of money and the guy who is doing the restoration is charging him big money to find the part. Seems like a rip off Just trying to help him out, thought there might be someone here who knows a good source for Original ford parts. anyways
otherwise look up desert dog auto out of arizona maybe get lucky there i got some 65 wildcat doors from him $150 for the shells they looked brand new though Greg
