Hi everybody and greetings from Finland, northern Europe. I have 1964 300 cid engine with aluminium heads, 4 bbl carb and so on (original HP engine). I bought a new camshaft from Crower (# 50231) and they recommended dual valve springs with it. Can anyone tell where can I buy dual springs to replace original springs without machinery work? I can tell you that it is impossible to find those springs in Europe... Recommended valve spring information installed height 1.64", valve closed 105 - 115 LBS max lift .477", valve open 265 - 275 LBS outer diameter 1.228" regards, Jupe
For crower cam part # 50231 they offer a valve spring component kit crower part # 84150, that will include the required springs. Book here also says machine work required but you can order this from PAW 1-818-678-3000 Thanks Josh
