Trying to make a 65 Skylark GS Clone (still). I got the interior EXCEPT for the center console. Can someone post a pic of a 65 GS center console. And also what engine/tranny package did they have.
Did your car start out as bench and you are converting to buckets? Center console was optional, so you don't HAVE to have one, (of course, I imagine that you WANT one.) They are not GS specific. Do you have a 4-speed or auto? The auto console is the same for 65 through 67. 4-speed would have the consolette, 65-72. All 65s had the 401 4-bbl. Could be 3-speed manual, 4-speed manual, or 2-speed auto.
