I have on going issues with the original carb on my 72 Centurion that can't seem to be resolved. I put on a carb from a 73 despite the fact it has an electric choke (not that big of an issue here in Southern California) and it ran correctly. But had to put that back on the car it came off of.

Looking for a source to buy a new/remanufactured carb for this car. I would appreciate some guidance here. Motor is completely stock.

I wouldn't give up on the original carburetor. Send it to Ken at Everyday Performance. Whatever is wrong with it can be fixed. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY A REMANUFACTURED CARBURETOR. You are much better off getting a junkyard carburetor and having it rebuilt.

A ny carb on a 70ies Pontiac usually are great. I think GM put their best Rochesters on pontiacs

Talk to Ken @ Everyday - the 72 Buick carb is a GREAT Q-Jet...

While Pontiac did plenty of wild things with Q-Jets, I like the Buick carbs the best - big bore, good idle quality.....Keep us posted..
