A friend of mine is going to purchase a lot with a rental house on it. The lot is large, by Calif. standards, and he wants to install a prefab steel building, the type one would put up with help. He wants it to be about 60 wide, by 40 deep. I advised I would help him locate the best deal because he "will let me have half the new shop for what I pay now where I am" and I can put my cars on the lot instead of having them spread out all over the place. Can't pass up this deal. I've looked at US buildings etc. and am torn. Any ideas, recommendations? Really appreciate it.
Don't know what the spending limits are, but here's a couple links of some good building companies. http://www.wickbuildings.com/ http://www.mortonbuildings.com/
Thanks very much for the two web sites. I've passed them along. Wow, those "sheds" look more like beautiful houses.
I don't know anything about this company, but it's the first one I've seen with an online "design your own building" setup. http://www.metalbuildingdepot.com/ A friend of mine errected his own metal building, I think it was a Georgia Steel building. Looks good, and hasn't fallen down yet! :TU:
That's an interesting web site, prices are too bad either. thank you very much. I've forwarded that information to my friend. Thanks again.
