Need to ID later Q jet upper idle air bleed

    The Pontiac article posted earlier was bigtime helpful. But, in the first photo it IDs the upper idle air bleed on a 67 Q jet. The article says they moved them to the main body later. The second picture shows me pointing to what I think is the same thing on the body of a 73 Q jet. Can anyone tell me for sure. Thanks!!

    yes that is the upper idle air bleed in the main body in the lower picture.if your working on qjets get cliff ruggles book rebuilding and modifing quadrajets. its a good resource. doug roes rochester book is a good one also
