Good morning gentleman, I'm looking for a good pair of outer wheel well lips for a 71 Skylark. I wish I could afford the repops out of The Parts Place, but right now they are cost prohibited. Thanks. RoadDawg
Good used ones are impossible to find because if a used outer wheel house is good so is the quarter panel;plus labor to cut them out and off the quarters to reuse would be worth what the repros sell for anyway.If you have ever handmade the out lip portion by hand I'll bet you wouldn't do it again if repros are availible.This is one of those parts you will probably just have to break down and buy.
