My '68 GS with 8.2 inch posi rear has had the misfortune of eating an axle and bearing. It is impossible to find a new axle and I am reluctant to buy a used axle and pay shipping to find out it is wrong or no good. Where all this is leading - is that I have found a company that can use my existing axles and make new ones. They would be exact duplicates. These guys are an axle builder and the new ones would probably be better than the originals. However they will not be cheap. Is anyone interested in getting in on the production run? Probably looking at $250.00 each plus shipping. This will include wheel studs, but no bearings. You will need to find your own. Let me know if interested.

You probably have the sealed bearing axles ...Yes? I think I can also get some Yukon axles also that will fit your application too. ...OOOpps Just checked pricing and they are more expensive than Moser too. So that is the way to go then.
