Has anyone seen the New Buick Lucerne due out this September. Comes with the Northstar v-8 motor http://www.buick.com/lucerne/ Also Due out in 2007 is the Buick Velite
Being in S/W Michigan i see alot of M-plate cars, last week i got to get a good looky over at a salt covered Black one....it kinda reminded me of the Olds Aurora.....kinda cut out of that mold.....i really looks sweet in Black, and it flies... he dusted me..(without trying hard)...but the Northstar is the best and stongest V-8 ...in any non sports car. I thought it would be a nice car to own...i havent liked any of the new "Buicks" in a while...this one is sweet!
What is it based on? It looks a lot like the new GP, but it has the northstar. Im guessing its still FWD? I am hoping for a Buick version of the CTS-V.
Is it just me? Or does that name remind you of Satan? I may be nuts, but I don't want a car with that name. o No:
Out here in the west Lucerne is a brand of milk. ou: Who is the advertising genius at Buick coming up with these "old-guy" car names? Thank goodness a drug company already has the rights to "Levitra." I think a we should have a contest to help Buick come up with even more rediculous names. I'm gonna email them one now: "Halitosis."
