so my 72 skylark needs a new bumper/gril/hoodlatch. and the local junkyard has a pre 70 4-door skylark special with a mint bumber and grill so the question is will this work on my car. thanks
Nothing from pre 70 will work on your car. 71 and 72 are interchangeable as to grilles and bumpers but you need the whole set of headlight doors and grille and hood molding to make it all look right . There is a pretty nice 71 grille on here in the parts for sale sewction and I have a few bumpers for 72 and some 71 headlight doors but I do not have the hood edge. If you check around here or post a wantwed ad you'll find the parts you need .
