That guy is 20 miles north of Columbus and won't ship to Canada! And I'm only 50 miles north of Detroit! He'll ship all the way out to say Cali, but not to Ontario, What a Tool!
I've shipped stuff to Canada without customs hassles. o No: USPS to Ontario or something if I remember correctly. Granted, you can't ship an intake via US Postal Service I guess........
I have shipped many items to and from Canada. A little declaration of value and its gone. Just don't use UPS unless you can clear it through customs yourself. The only way to go is good old US mail or Canada post snail mail. Any of the couriers will hose you for a brokerage fee. Marcel.
2 designs These are good visual examples of the 2 different types of B4B manifolds, notice the 1st one is designed to cover the larger heat-crossover passage of the later model 455 heads 1972-up, the "corroded" manifold has the shape of the earlier 1967-1971 factory intakes, the flanges dip down then back up. Amazing that these new in the box manifolds still continue to pop up.
Gary, I'm not quite sure what your talkin about. Is the all original fresh one an original B4B and the second, sad lookin one a performer?? Please enlighten me.:TU:
B4B There were 3 different B4B manifolds, the early 67 had a different choke area and i think the divider was cut different, the later ones were identical except for he width of the intake flange
B4B the intake bolt holes may also be smaller on the first manifold as it was originally made for the 400,but im going from memory
From what I understand the original B4B was different in the choke and carb. mounting, the performer addressed the carb mount problem by moving the mounting position and the choke back further, so you could use the factory filter housing. I haven't heard of a 3rd one?? And, am I wrong thinking the B4B will fit all big blocks?
B4B your right on the performer,an early B4B can be used on an air motor if you plug the holes or use the newer gasket which will coer the holes
Both the intakes I sold went to Canada....shipped both USPS too. They both got there in quite a reasonable time too. To help out our Canadien friends, so they don't get ripped by customs - you could post a lower 'used' value for the parts.:Brow: :TU: USPS Money Order is also the best and quickest way for payment. You don't have to wait for the funds to clear or pay a fee....just cash the MO at the Post Office.:Smarty:
