BeeeeeeUtiful !!!! Tell us who dont know, what you have done to get the car to lift AND Plant so nicely instead of trying to screw one side into the ground, like you see so often with Buick TorqueMonsters ?? Congrats :beer
Great shot! Beautiful car and a very nice pic. Interesting to see the change of seasons in the background from the avatar pic.
Alan, The lift is from the convertor and trans brake along with 90-10 front shocks. It doesn't twist because I use an anti-roll bar on the rear suspension. Jeff
Beautiful car and I really noticed the extra air under the front tires! Tells us a little about your engine and driveline combo.
Jimmy, The car runs 11.0s, went 10.60 with the little blue bottle. Engine is a 455 now, 9.5 comp, TA SP1 intake, 1050 dominator, TA 510 cam, Hooker 2" headers, th400 9" conv. with Trans brake, 12 bolt 373 gear with 30x9 slicks. The short block is pretty well worn out, building a new one for backup. Car weight is about 3590#. Rick, I use an Applied Racing tech. anti roll bar, weld in type. Love it! www.appliedracing.com Jeff
Would that be Lebannon Valley you're at? Thought it was closed for the year. Anyway, beautiful car and nice air.
Yes, it is Lebanon. That was the last day it was open for the year. And thankyou. I spoke to you once about 3 years ago at Lebanon, I have a gray primered 70 skylark with a 330 inch Bill Jenkins engine in it. I dont know if you remember? Jeff
Yes, now I remember speaking to you. Why don't you come down to Atco? Its a really good track and FAST :3gears: .
Dominic, Atco would be a 4 hr. drive for me. I am leaving for Florida in the morning, taking the kids to Disney world. How much faster do you run at Atco? I think Lebanon is about 1100 above sea level. Jeff
