Hi I am new here. I have a 70 Electra Conv. Just started working on it. It has been off the road for 10 or 15 years when I got it. Still it runs Any idea where to pick up parts for it? I need a new break line first off. The one on it is pinched off half way down the frame. Thanks for any help
70, welcome. An Electra is a great ride (my dad had several). You might try the parts wanted forum for your needs. Good luck, Patrick
Welcome Aboard Keith! Us yacht drivers DO have a harder time finding parts.... Also take a peek at www.electra225.com. Nice little niche site that John Harris hopes to put in full swing in the near future. Maybe we could swap some parts...PM me and I'll see what I have. Larry '70 Electra Convertible
1970 electra droptops are where it's at! parts aren't always so easy to find though....oh well, the price you pay for having a vehicle that stands out a little bit....:beer Hey larry, kind of a dumb question, but what style wheels are those on your car?
Hi Kieth- you can have new brake lines manufactured to factory specs through a company called Inline Tube. I've used them before and they do a great job. Their # is 800-385-9452. Inline-Tube.com is their web address. Good luck and welcome to V8! David
Those deuce an' a quarters are awesome. I had a 70 Wildcat Convertible with NO options (455/3 on the tree, no air, AM only) and never realized what I had. I hope it is still rolling somewhere...
Stands out a little bit?? How about A LOT!! When someone sees my HUGE Black 225 closing in, they usually get out of the way! Those are the stock rallye's..... Not sure if they're all the right ones, but they do have the correct caps on them!
70Electra... Welcome aboard. I have a '70 triple white Wildcat convertible. Gotta luv them 1/2 acre boats. Jim
