New project for the beater GS

    Spray bomb some brown on the shiny hardware give the new grill some patina

    Just the right amount of patina ;up close the car still brings a smile to many faces as is

    C'mon John... youre supposed to spray boiled linseed oil on it to protect that patina. The look is definitely cool, but why let it continue to deteriorate? I think the next project is gonna be a rat rod. My problem is where to halt the restoration part and continue with the esthetic part... ws

    Siiiiiiiiiiiiiigh.......Bil,Bill, Bill it is not "deterioration " I like to think of it as an advanced, super High Tech, self lightening system. Dodge acid dipped their Hemi Dart fenders, all I have to do is sit in a lawn chair with a cooler and a cigar and watch mine reducing it race weight AUTOMAGICALLY (TM 2017 Fritzinator) FOR FREE!
    *WARNING* This process is NOT for the faint of heart or lovers of shiney things. Do not try this at home,if you want to try it at my home bring beer and a fold out chair and I will explain the methodology at length heh
